Bonneville County Man Accused of Sexual Abuse Waives Hearing

(IDAHO FALLS) – A Bonneville County man accused of sexually abusing a two-year-old girl waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday. KPVI reports that Thomas Zachary Paulk agreed that there was enough evidence against him to move forward with the case, but did not admit guilt. Paulk will be back in district court April 26.
