East Idaho Real Estate Improving

(EASTERN IDAHO) – Eastern Idaho’s housing market is beginning to look a little better. KPVI reports that a number of realtors are optimistic about this spring’s numbers, especially as more houses appear in listings with low interest rates. Experts say many people are opting to buy homes rather than rent, since both cost around the same amount. Home buyers are expected to increase as unemployment drops.
