(IDAHO FALLS) – Idaho Falls police have arrested a man who walked away from a work release program early this month. 20-year-old Raymond Kyle had to be flushed out of a home using tear gas Friday night. Kyle’s accomplice, Ramiro Meza Jr., was arrested earlier in the week. Kyle faces a misdemeanor charge for violating his probation.
