Idaho Promise Scholarship Remains Intact

(POCATELLO) – The Idaho State Board of Education says high school students who maintain a B average can still get funding for college. The Idaho Promise Scholarship awards $500 or more to students who plan on attending college in Idaho. The board voted to keep the scholarship, while reducing the amount to $400 a year to cope with ongoing budget cuts. State funding is available for the first two years students pursue secondary education.
