Jefferson County Man Charged in Attempted Burglary

(JEFFERSON COUNTY) – A Jefferson County man is in jail after breaking into a home Sunday morning. Officials say 50-year-old Curtis Stanley rang the doorbell to check if anyone was home, then walked inside and began looking through the owner’s medicine cabinet. The owner was home at the time and called the police. Stanley has been charged with two felony counts of burglary.
