Shooting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

(IDAHO FALLS) – A suspect involved in the shooting death of a Firth man last month has pleaded not guilty in District Court. 22-year-old Jayson Burns could face up to 20 years in prison for each one of his assault charges. The Post Register reports that Judge Jon Shindurling denied a motion for release even after Burns gave information leading to the arrests of two others. Burns goes to trial June 20.
