Drowning Victims Families Start Life-Jacket Loan Program

(AMERICAN FALLS) – Nearly nine months after four men drowned in the American Falls Reservoir, their families are raising awareness about boating safety. KPVI reports that the families erected a monument to the victims, along with setting up a life jacket loan program. The families say they don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.
