Landslide Still Blocks Highway

(JACKSON, Wyo.) – It’s been over a week and the massive landslide blocking Highway 26 south of Jackson is still moving. Wyoming officials remain optimistic however, noting that the slide has slowed down to about seven feet per hour, much slower than the 100 feet per hour last week. Road crews hope to have the road cleared of debris and mud over the next few days.
