Store Clerk Charged With Stealing Lottery Tickets

(IDAHO FALLS) – A convenience store clerk is behind bars in the Bonneville County jail after he allegedly stole lottery tickets from the Maverick Store in S. Woodruff in Idaho Falls. 30-year-old Justin Sanders was charged with two felony counts of stealing lottery tickets. The store’s manger believes Sanders stole several tickets in the past two weeks while working the night shift. Sanders served 30 days in jail last year on a felony grand theft charge. Bond has been set at $15,000, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 31.
