Wolf Bans Lifted in Idaho

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – In an official announcement made yesterday, the Obama administration has lifted federal protections of gray wolves in Idaho. Idaho Fish and Game officials have a plan in the works to allow wolf hunting this fall. More than 700 of the animals are believed to be in Idaho, with a total of 5,500 potentially losing protections in the lower 48.
