Barbone’s Trial Pushed to August
A Pocatello teen accused of killing his 7-month-old son was back in court Wednesday. 19-year-old Lee Ross Barbone was charged with first-degree murder in May after admitting to fatally beating his son Richard. Barbone’s preliminary hearing has been moved to August 10. He is currently being held on a $1 million bond.
