3 Arrested After High Speed Chase
Published at(FORT HALL) – Three people were taken into custody Wednesday after leading multiple police agencies on a high-speed chase through the Fort Hall Indian Reservation. Idaho State Police say 21-year-old Kendall Racehorse had to be stopped using spike strips. Racehorse was charged with a DUI, driving without a license, eluding police, and assaulting an officer. Tribal police say they will pursue federal charges against him as well. The passengers, 25-year-old Ruby Gomez and 48-year-old Arthur Fred were also arrested.
