I.F. Woman Arrested for Felony Injury to a Child

Idaho Falls Police arrested a 34-year-old woman Wednesday morning for felony injury to a child.  Debra D. Lentz of Idaho Falls failed to seek immediate medical attention for a six-month-old child that received second and third-degree burns while in her care.  Officers began investigating Lentz on June 6 after being contacted by Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in reference to a child abuse case.  The child had been in the care of Lentz during the time the burns occurred.
