Arco Man Seriously Injured in ATV Accident

An Arco man is safe after being seriously injured in an ATV accident Saturday. Harvey Lengle was four-wheeling with his 12-year-old grandson Christopher when he went up a steep trail and rolled the machine on top of him. Local News 8 reports that Christopher was unhurt, but his grandfather suffered a broken back, broken eye socket, and a bruised femur. Christopher walked five miles back to their truck to get help. Harvey was eventually Life-Flighted to EIRMC for treatment. Harvey is calling his grandson a hero.
