Utah Man Arrested

Bonneville County Deputies apprehended a man from Utah Tuesday night in Ammon.  43 year old David Geisser, from Sandy,UT was arrested after the U.S. Marshall’s office tipped off the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office that Geisser was hiding out in a house located at 3170 Molen in Ammon.  Earlier that day, two repossession officers tried to repossess Geisser’s car.  Geisser allegedly pulled a gun on the officers and sped away.
Because Geisser was armed earlier in the day and threatening officers, the SWAT team was called in to apprehend Geisser after officers matched the description of Geisser’s car to the one sitting in front of the home.  They had also observed a man fitting Geisser’s description at the home.  Geisser is currently being held at the Bonneville County Jail without bond.
