A trailer home that was recently listed for sale on Saturday night was destroyed before a buyer could even show interest in the home. Less than 24 hours after being listed for sale, the trailer home caught fire. Luckily the home was vacant in preparation for it to be sold. Local news 8 reported that the Idaho Falls Fire Department were dispatched to the double-wide trailer home around 3:30am Sunday morning, after a neighbor smelled smoke and reported it to police. The house was completely destroyed by the fire by the time fire fighters arrived. The total damage was estimated at around $35,000.00. An investigation is ongoing.
