Idaho Falls Woman Charged With Disturbing Peace

An Idaho Falls woman has been sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay nearly $800 in fines after being charged with misdemeanor prostitution. 20-year-old Quty Rose Ruiz was arrested after placing an ad on Craigslist offering massage services. An undercover officer later found that Ruiz was offering illegal sexual services. Magistrate Judge Stephen Clark has amended the charge to disturbing the peace.
