Idaho Falls Police arrested a Rigby man Saturday after he brandished a gun during an argument over a parking issue.
Kevin C. Sermon, 21, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for aggravated assault.
According to a report, police responded to the 200 block of Houston Circle around 11:50 a.m. after a man reported Sermon threatened him with a gun during a verbal argument about how Sermon parked his vehicle in the parking lot.
Sermon left the area, but police later located him on the 100 block of Whittier.
