Two Arrested in Pocatello Burglary

Burgalry suspects arrested

Two men are in custody after burglarizing a Pocatello home Monday night. 41-year-old Shawn Petersen and 19-year-old Steven Fitzgerald were arrested Tuesday evening on felony charges of burglary. Petersen faces an additional charge of felony grand theft. Police say the burglary happened on the 3600 block of Stockman Road Monday night. An investigation is ongoing.

UPDATE: KPVI reports that 41-year-old Shawn Petersen and 19-year-old Steven Fitzgerald were arrested around 7 p.m. Tuesday night on Lovejoy Street in Pocatello.
And following an investigation by detectives a search warrant was obtained and several of the stolen items were located.
Petersen and Fitzgerald were booked into the Bannock County Jail.
