Idaho Falls Police arrested Robert William D. Seymore early Sunday morning for felony malicious injury to property after causing a $1,000 in damage to a residence.
Seymore, 28, had been fighting with another male at a home in the 100 block of Crowley. The dispute was over a woman.
According to a Joelyn Hansen, PIO for the IFPD, officials reported that officers were dispatched around 2 a.m. after a fight involving Seymore was reported to law enforcement.
Officers found Seymore in the backyard holding onto a brick. During an investigation officers were told by the victims that Seymore had arrived at the house while they were watching television and began fighting with them.
Seymore was arrested and taken to Bonneville County Jail.
