Man Arrested for Sexual Abuse

Idaho Falls Police arrested Rigobert Lopez-Martinez for sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 Monday following an investigation that he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.
Joelyn Hansen, PIO for the IFPD, told East Idaho News that Lopez-Martinez, 21, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
The investigation stems from a runaway case reported in Jefferson County. The girl had run away and met with Lopez-Martinez at the Motel 6 in Idaho Falls.
