(POCATELLO) – A group of modern-day pioneers made their way through Pocatello over the weekend, honoring those who made the journey to Oregon over 150 years ago. The Buck family hopes to make it to Oregon within the next few weeks by traveling up to 20 miles every day in their covered wagons. Group members say the 1,400 mile journey has taught them a great deal about human nature and the sacrifices of their predecessors.
