Police Investigate Burglary

(Idaho Falls, ID) – Idaho Falls Police are investigating the theft of a transfer case and tools valued at $1,400 from a garage early Thursday morning.
The theft occurred sometime between 2:30 a.m. and 9 a.m.
According Joelyn Hansen, PIO for the IFPD, the victim told police that the suspect pried open the garage door to steal four tool boxes which contained miscellaneous mechanical tools. The thief also stole a transfer case that was sitting outside the garage near the alley. Nothing else was stolen.
