Polygamist Groups Denounce Warren Jeffs

(SALT LAKE CITY) – A coalition of polygamist churches is uniting in efforts to denounce convicted FLDS leader Warren Jeffs. Tyler Andersen has more.
Among the groups opposing Jeffs is the Latter Day Church of Christ, which has several members living locally in Teton and Jefferson counties. The churches say they are devastated that abuse would be perpetrated under the cloak of their religion. The coalition says it supports the prosecution of those from polygamous groups who perpetrate crimes on children.
