Study Finds D91, 93 Consolidation Too Costly

(IDAHO FALLS) – School board members from Districts 91 and 93 met Wednesday to discuss the results of a study examining whether combining the two districts is feasible. The study conducted by the independent consulting firm, Education Northwest, found that consolidating the districts would actually cost more money than it’s worth. Officials say that while the districts will likely remain separate for years to come, plans are in the works for services on which both districts can team up to cut costs.
