Two Indicted for Attempt to Lure Girls for Sex

(POCATELLO) – Two men have been indicted by an Idaho federal court on charges that they tried to transport minor girls across state lines for sex. 46-year-old James Russell Ashley of Augusta, Georgia and 28-year-old Wayne Allen Ginnis of Seattle, Wash. allegedly bought bus tickets to California for two Pocatello girls aged 12 and 13. The girls were intercepted in St. George, Utah by police. A federal prosecutor says the two men intended to have sex with the girls after meeting them on an internet site.
