Bonneville County Deputies Bust Pot Farm

(BONNEVILLE COUNTY) – Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies have confiscated more than $70,000 of marijuana growing on public land southeast of Idaho Falls. 47-year-old Mark Taberna of Ammon and 29-year-old Brett Stigen of Idaho Falls, face felony charges of manufacturing a controlled substance. Officials were tipped off about the site several weeks ago after two anglers wandered into the operation. The plants were destroyed at the site last week.
