Fair Attendance Breaks Records

(BLACKFOOT) – Eastern Idaho State Fair-goers came close to breaking an all-time attendance record over Labor Day weekend. KPVI reports that this year’s numbers were just a few hundred short of breaking the all-time record in 2009, when 65,000 people attended the fair during the opening weekend. Fair manager Brandon Bird attributes the success to a long tradition of trying to make each fair season better than the year before.
