Idaho Falls Man Charged with Statutory Rape

(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man is behind bars after police say he was allegedly involved in a relationship with a 13-year-old girl. 21-year-old Michael Lynn Thorngren was taken into custody Thursday. He is currently being held in the Bonneville County Jail on a $20,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been set for Sept. 13.
