Ranchers Worry After More Cows Shot


(FREMONT COUNTY) – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has announced that a seventh cow has been shot, leaving deputies and ranchers scratching their heads. Local News 8 reports that six cows were shot dead in a field a few weeks ago, with the most recent shooting taking place Monday. Officials are unsure whether the two incidents are connected. The Humane Society is offering a $2,500 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest of those involved.
