Rexburg Man Sentenced on Meth Charge

(POCATELLO) – A Rexburg man was sentenced to 57 months in prison following an arrest on felony drug charges. 48-year-old Rick D. Elliot pleaded guilty to possessing and distributing methamphetamine in March. Court records indicate that Elliot ran from police on two occasions in 2009 and 2010. Elliott will also receive three years of supervision following his release and was ordered to pay a $300 fine.
