Homedale Woman Given 20 Years for Drug Deal

(BOISE) – An Idaho woman faces a 20 year prison sentence after being accused of peddling methamphetamine to gang members near Boise. According to court documents, 32-year-old Amanda Smith of Homedale stored money earned from the operation in out-of-state bank accounts, then returned to Idaho with vast amounts of drugs. Three others involved in Smith’s drug ring were sentenced to 16 years each.
