Jackson Hole Has Earliest Ski Season on Record
(JACKSON, Wyo.) – An above-average snowfall helped the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort have its earliest opening on record. Managers say they’ve seen seven feet of natural snowfall, all thanks to the weather phenomenon “La Nina.” Local News 8 reports that several area skiers and snowboarders were at the resort Saturday, all of whom seemed to be thrilled to hit the slopes after a long summer of waiting.
