(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – An Idaho Falls man accused of firing an assault rifle at the White House has been ordered held without bond. 21-year-old Oscar Ortega-Hernandez appeared in court Monday and was appointed a public defender. He is set to appear in court again next Monday, following a psychological evaluation. Ortega was arrested last week in Pennsylvania after a nationwide search. The President and First Lady were away at the time of the shooting. No injuries were reported.
