(POCATELLO) – A Chubbuck Police Officer is under investigation after pulling out a gun during an off-duty altercation. Authorities say the incident took place a few weeks ago within the Pocatello city limits. No formal charges have been filed. The officer’s name has not been released and is currently taking a scheduled vacation. The Pocatello Police Department is conducting the investigation, and future action may be taken once the officer returns home.
