(POCATELLO) – Over 7 percent of Idahoans say they don’t trust their money to banks. The Bank on East Idaho has started a program to help educate locals who are scared of banks or have had a negative experience in the past. It’s the bank’s goal to teach the “un-banked” about finances and help them realize that banks and credit unions are not as intimidating as they seem. Those interested in the Bank on East Idaho and the programs they offer can contact Partners for Prosperity.
