(POCATELLO) – A homeless man in Pocatello is making balloon figurines just to scrape by. Local News 8 reports that Robert Evans, who suffers from several health problems, found that getting a job was near impossible, so he decided to employee himself. Evans says he’s trying to get back on disability and would love to find steady employment. In the mean time, he’s still making balloons along Yellowstone Ave every day of the week.
