I.F. Shooter Pleads Guilty

(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man accused of shooting a woman last month has reached a plea agreement with Bonneville County prosecutors. 26-year-old Russell Keith Poulsen has had charges reduced to one count of aggravated battery. Poulsen was arrested after shooting 24-year-old Dominique Hill during an argument Nov. 29. Hill survived her wounds. Poulsen could spend up to five years in prison, and pay $55,000 in fines and restitution.
