Idaho Falls Man Goes Missing

(IDAHO FALLS) – Officials in Bonneville and Bingham counties are searching for a man who may have drowned in the Snake River Friday afternoon. David Finnegan was last seen walking his dogs at the Gem Lake Marina. He was wearing tan pants, a dark blue or black jacket with a hoodie underneath and a hat. Finnegan’s dogs were found walking around the river later Friday, and his hat and earmuffs were discovered in the river.
