Melaleuca Celebrates Huge Corporate Milestone Tuesday

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) Melalueca, The Wellness Company, surpased $1 billion in annual sales revenue for the first time in its 26-year history late Tuesday afternoon. The company held a world-wide celebration of this achievement, complete with a global, internet broadcast to its customers and to employees in 14-countries from Japan to Australia. CEO Frank VanderSloot spoke humbly of those who helped build the Idaho Falls-based business, and the loyal customers who have spread the word of his products to others.
Many local and state leaders were in attendance as well. Governor “Butch” Otter praised VanderSloot for reaching the billion-dollar level in half the time of some earlier Idaho entrepenuers such as Jack Simplot.
