Officers Acted Appropriately In Shooting

(IDAHO FALLS) – After reviewing a report conducted by an area task force, the Bonneville County Prosecutor’s office said that police officers responded appropriately to the shooting case of Scott Parker. The shooting took place on Oct. 14 when officers confronted Parker who was in possession of an assault rifle and other guns. After fleeing and shooting at the officers, Parker was shoot three times. The prosecutors office also reports that the Attorney General’s office also agrees with their decision. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Dec. 9.
