According to head coach Dan Bylsma, Crosby is still experiencing concussion related symptoms after being sidelined earlier this month; he suffered another concussion in a hard hit last season as well.

Crosby hasn’t played since December 5 when collided with Boston Bruins center David Krejci. Only one day after the collision, Crosby developed a headache, and has been recovering ever since.

The 24-year old Crosby initially hurt himself last January when he suffered concussions in consecutive games. He didn’t return until mid-November. In eight games played this season, Crosby totaled 12 points.
