Rigby Woman Faces Tax Fraud

(RIGBY) – A Rigby woman pleaded guilty in Florida on Tuesday to federal tax fraud. Penny Jones along with six others are charged with a scheme that resulted in $120 million being stolen. Over 180 clients throughout 30 states were involved in the crime. Jones faces a maximum sentence of 215 years in prison.
