(BOISE) – A southern Idaho man remains hospitalized after being shot by police last week in Payette County. 37-year-old Jamee Lee Wade was listed in critical condition at a Boise hospital Tuesday. Authorities say Wade was threatening his mother’s life Friday evening, and the shooting occurred some time after police arrived at the woman’s home. Police say the officer involved has been placed on paid administrative leave and appears to have followed proper procedures.
