(SALT LAKE CITY, Utah) – Salt Lake City officials are hoping to reduce the number of billboards around the city by replacing them with electronic signs. The ordinance would require existing billboards to be converted into electronic signs. Proponents say the law would help beautify the city and  cut down on what they call “excessive advertising.”
