(BOISE) – Attorneys are defending the state’s new legislative boundaries before the Idaho Supreme Court. Twin Falls County officials say the county-splitting map puts their voters at a disadvantage. The state counters that the plan meets the one-person, one-vote requirement, divides counties only where necessary, and joins similar communities. Another hearing is scheduled for Jan. 5.
