(IDAHO FALLS) –  A plea deal may be in the works for an Idaho Falls man accused of shooting a woman last month. 26-year-old Russell Keith Poulsen faces charges of aggravated battery, but did not show up to his scheduled court date Tuesday morning. As a result, Poulsen waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Idaho Falls police say Poulsen shot 24-year-old Dominique Hill in the chest on Nov. 29 during an early-morning dispute.
