Golden State Warriors/NBA(OAKLAND,CA) — Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis is being sued for sexual harassment.  A Warrior’s employee is suing Ellis for allegedly sending her unwanted text messages. One of the texts supposedly included a picture of his genitals.

“It’s a legal matter, we’ll let it play its course,” Ellis told KTVU-TV. “Y’know, what happens, happens.”

The lawsuit claims Ellis started sending Erika Ross Smith messages between November 2010 until January 2011.

The Warriors deny the allegations saying the relationship was consensual.
