49ers Kyle Williams Gets Death Threats Via Social Media

Ezra Shaw/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Even though he is getting support from his teammates after his performance in the NFC Championship Game, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Kyle Williams is feeling the heat from the fans in a big way from Twitter and other social media sites. Williams fumbled twice while returning punts, including one late in overtime that led to the New York Giants kicking the game winning field goal.

Williams, the son of Chicago White Sox general manager Ken Williams, has been with the team for the past two seasons after the 49ers drafted him in the sixth round of the 2010 draft. During the regular season he caught 20 passes for 241 yards and caught three touchdowns.
