(PITTSBURGH) — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roesthliserger, who is still nursing a sprained left ankle suffered December 8 against the Cleveland Browns, revealed on Wednesday he tweaked the ankle again on Sunday against the Browns.
“I had a little setback early in the third quarter,” Roethlisberger told reporters. “We’re working really hard with the trainers and doctors to get back to even where we were before the Cleveland game. I felt pretty good going in and moved a little bit at the beginning of that game.”
The Steelers will need Big Ben in top form this weekend, as they face the Broncos in Denver on Sunday in the first round of the playoffs.
